I travelled with a nervous 11 year old for ear wax microsuction after a head cold, and booked a hearing test afterwards to be sure. AJ was extremely attentive and interactive with him to keep him engaged, and very gentle to put him at ease for a procedure he had not had before. The hearing test showed he would benefit from hearing aids. There was no pressure at all, every option was explored, and AJ pointed us toward the extra support he needed, something that had not previously been picked up. Extremely knowledgeable. You will not be disappointed.
